A note about the system
Why this exists
This isn’t a blog. Blogs come with pressure — schedules, audiences, posting cadence, opinions sharp enough to argue with strangers about. I’m not signing up for any of that.
What this is is a field-notes section: short, specific notes about IT operations, infrastructure, automation, AI tooling, and the regenerative systems mindset I keep coming back to. Things I’d write down anyway. Things that compound when they’re written down somewhere I can re-read them.
What lives here
- Lessons from running infrastructure — the ones that are obvious in hindsight.
- Notes on AI-assisted development and operations as the surface evolves.
- Automation patterns that earned their keep.
- Small ideas about regenerative systems and long-term-builder habits.
What doesn’t live here
- Hot takes, news commentary, or anything that ages badly in 24 hours.
- Anything with client identifying detail.
- Anything I wouldn’t want a future employer or collaborator to see.
Cadence
Whenever there’s something worth writing down. Probably uneven. That’s fine.
