  • Managed a fleet of 150 cell phones, 30 laptops, and 16 servers across the business.
  • Led a complete hardware restructure and consolidated the 16-server fleet into 2 hosts + NAS + 12 Hyper-V VMs with replication and failover designed in from day one.
  • Migrated analog phones to VoIP — cut ~$1,200/mo from mobile bills and replaced a $600/mo Cox phone service with a $1,000/mo Verizon VoIP system (~$800/mo net savings).
  • Migrated Exchange from on-prem to cloud, including SSL/cert reconfiguration and post-cutover stabilization.
  • Led a CRM platform changeover, including data migration and end-user transition.
  • Rebuilt the firewall layer (ASA: CDA → FireSight), stood up a DMZ, and hardened the environment toward PCI-DSS.
  • Built SCADA monitoring for a solar panel array, integrating it with the broader infrastructure.
