IT Leadership — Infrastructure & Operations

Multi-site organization

  • Consolidated 16 physical servers into 2 hosts plus NAS and 12 VMs, with replication, redundancy, and failover designed in from day one.
  • Led the domain-wide migration from Microsoft 365 / SharePoint to Google Workspace — mail, drive, identity, and groups cut over with continuity of access.
  • Modernized the multi-site network: firewall and DNS on a defensible baseline, switching refreshed, VoIP rolled out, security posture brought current.
  • Introduced workflow automation to remove recurring manual work from operations and support teams.
  • Owned vendor relationships and rationalized the partner stack rather than letting it drift.
